Job Title: Senior UKG Solution Architect
Location: Washington, DC (Remote)
Duration: 12+-Month Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Integration Architect with strong expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management and Dell Boomi AtomSphere to support workforce, payroll, and finance integrations. This role involves configuring and maintaining WFM modules such as Time & Attendance, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules, while designing and supporting complex integrations between UKG and SAP systems including HR, Payroll, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and managing integrations (file-based and API-driven), performing data validation using SQL, and supporting end-to-end testing cycles including payroll and financial posting validation. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across HR, payroll, finance, and SAP technical groups to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support UKG Pro WFM modules, including:
- Time & Attendance
- Pay Rules / Work Rules
- Accruals & Absence Management
- Scheduling components
Design, build, and support integrations using Dell Boomi, including:
- Interface design and development
- Data mapping and transformation
- Error handling, logging, and monitoring
Integrate UKG Pro WFM with:
- SAP HR
- SAP Payroll
- SAP Finance (payroll-to-finance posting)
Support end-to-end testing cycles, including:
- Payroll validation
- Finance posting validation
- Regression testing
Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL
Troubleshoot integration and payroll issues across systems
Work closely with:
- HR teams
- Payroll teams
- Finance teams
- SAP functional/technical teams
Document:
- Integration designs
- Data flows
- Interface control documents (ICDs)
- Runbooks

Required Qualifications

5+ years UKG Pro Workforce Management (Workforce Central)
5+ years Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) integration experience
Strong experience integrating:
- UKG → SAP HR / Payroll / Finance
Experience with payroll-to-finance posting processes
Strong SQL skills (data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting)
Experience with:
- File-based integrations (CSV, XML, SFTP)
- API integrations (REST)
Experience with JIRA (defects, tracking, delivery coordination)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP testing cycles (payroll + finance validation)
Experience in large enterprise / regulated environments
Experience with unionized or operations-based workforce environments
