Infrastructure Reliability Operations Administrator

Summary

Key responsibilities include:

Managing incident response and change execution.

Driving operational KPIs, metrics, and observability.

Leading automation initiatives and promoting DevOps/EngOps practices.

Collaborating with global teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Identifying process improvements to enhance operational stability.

Communicating effectively with engineering, operations leaders, and partners.

This is a shift-based position:

Schedule: Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed (10 hours per day)

Flexibility: Occasional coverage on other days may be required

Required Expertise & Skills

5+ years of IT experience across server and storage infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of Red Hat Linux 7, 8, 9.

Expertise in disk storage management.

Experience with virtualization technologies (preferably OLVM).

On-call coverage and incident management experience.

Troubleshooting skills for OS, hardware, and storage issues.

Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python; coding experience using AI is a plus.

Experience working with enterprise-level customers and application teams.

Knowledge of Windows, VMware, and OLVM is highly desirable.

Familiarity with SAN/NAS/CAS storage subsystems.

Experience with observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
