Technical Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to coordinate technology product development and ensure successful delivery of business and technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, Jira, Agile/Scrum, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
The candidate will work closely with product owners, software developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and technical leads to manage project priorities, track development progress, resolve dependencies, and communicate delivery status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Maintain Jira boards, epics, user stories, tasks, sprint backlogs, and project workflows.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and project status meetings.
- Track development, testing, deployment, and release progress across multiple technical teams.
- Work with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and follow up on action items.
- Develop Jira dashboards, Power BI reports, and Excel trackers to monitor project performance.
- Prepare weekly status reports, executive dashboards, milestone updates, and delivery metrics.
- Coordinate resource allocation, team capacity planning, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Identify project blockers, escalate risks, and support timely decision-making.
- Maintain project documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Support AI, data analytics, enterprise applications, and automotive technology initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong project management and project coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for task tracking, sprint management, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with project schedules, milestone tracking, RAID logs, and dependency management.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Experience preparing project status reports and management presentations.
- Strong written communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of AI/ML projects, data analytics, cloud platforms, APIs, and software integrations.
- Understanding of product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, release planning, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, enterprise IT, or consulting environments.
- PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other project management certification.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
