Lead Technical Product Manager

Contract: 6 Months

Salary: $120-150K

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Product Leadership:
• Define and drive strategy, roadmaps, and feature backlogs for 3+ core technical capabilities aligned to OKRs, line-of-business goals, and market needs.
• Evaluate technical alternatives and decompose complex systems into clear technical propositions.
• Understand system architecture, infrastructure, data flows, and component integrations to align product direction with solution architects and engineering teams.
• Guide UI/UX direction, user documentation, and feature value propositions.

Core Technical & Leadership Requirements

• Citizenship & Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship is required (this role is within the U.S. Federal Government).
• AI & SDLC Integration: Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools across the software development / product lifecycle to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Technical & System Literacy: High fluency in modern product management platforms, application development, software integrations, and technical documentation.

Product Leadership Experience:

• 3+ years leading technical product ownership, building multi-year capability roadmaps, and managing customer feedback loops.
• 3+ years creating or evaluating cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations.
• 2+ years driving product strategy in Agile/Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments with matrixed teams.

Preferred Technical Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Background: Experience in application development, system architecture integrations, and acting as the "voice of the customer" in technical discussions with engineering leaders.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), LeSS Certification, or PMP.
• Education & Scale: Bachelor’s degree or MBA; experience leading $1M+ enterprise programs or managing direct reports.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in healthcare, public sector/government contracting (bidding to implementation), or NPS relationship management.
