2071 Project Manager - with Cyber Experience
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of one or more projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project teams, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables while ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management, communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities. Experience managing cybersecurity-related projects is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage one or more projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
- Assemble and coordinate project teams, assigning individual responsibilities and establishing clear expectations.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify project resource requirements and collaborate with leadership to secure necessary resources.
- Oversee project progress, team workloads, milestones, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks or delays, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project team members and the business or functional departments requesting the project.
- Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and maintain alignment among stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure project tasks and dependencies are effectively managed.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
- Support project execution using established project management processes and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify project risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience managing cybersecurity projects is a plus.
