Location: Denver, CO (Initial onsite training period followed by a hybrid schedule)
Pay: Up to $36/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Administrator to support and enhance a large-scale endpoint management environment. This position focuses on managing device compliance, endpoint security, cloud-based provisioning, application deployment, and enterprise mobility solutions across a modern Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience administering Intune, developing endpoint policies, and maintaining device governance standards in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune for endpoint administration and lifecycle management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain device compliance policies and configuration settings.
- Support mobile device and mobile application management initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Administer Windows Autopilot deployments and cloud-based device provisioning processes.
- Deploy, update, and troubleshoot applications through Intune.
- Configure and support endpoint security controls, including device protection and encryption policies.
- Assist with Conditional Access administration and identity-based security initiatives.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to device enrollment, compliance, software distribution, and endpoint performance.
- Create automation solutions using PowerShell and related Microsoft technologies.
- Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and endpoint management standards.
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and support teams to improve endpoint reliability and security.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Windows endpoint management.
- Experience creating and managing compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint governance standards.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and modern device provisioning.
- Background supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Experience deploying and managing applications through Intune.
- Understanding of endpoint security best practices and device lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting medium-to-large enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience supporting hybrid Active Directory and cloud-based environments.
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or related Microsoft certifications.
- Exposure to Conditional Access and identity security technologies.
