Hiring: Technical Program Manager – Oracle CPQ

🔹 Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager – Oracle CPQ to lead complex Oracle CPQ implementation programs, integrations, and business process transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Oracle CPQ functional/technical expertise, program management experience, integration knowledge, and stakeholder management skills. This role will work closely with business, commercial, and technical teams to drive successful implementation and transformation initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle CPQ implementation programs from planning through delivery.
- Drive technical implementation activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage headless integrations between Oracle CPQ and commerce platforms.
- Oversee integrations between Oracle CPQ and Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion.
- Drive business process transformation and optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, commercial, product, and technology organizations.
- Manage program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and direction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure successful delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and communication.
🔹 Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience leading Oracle CPQ implementations and programs.
- Proven experience with Oracle CPQ integrations.
- Experience with headless integrations with commerce/eCommerce platforms.
- Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion.
- Strong understanding of both technical implementation and business process transformation.
- Experience working across business, commercial, and technical stakeholder groups.
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams and dependencies.

The ideal candidate is someone who can operate effectively at both the program leadership and technical/business transformation levels and can translate business requirements into successful Oracle CPQ implementation outcomes.
