Location: Denver, CO

Description:

Senior Level serves as a strategic lead and architect, managing full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle's Customer Experience and Cloud CRM applications while guiding junior consultants and advising business executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture: Architect complex end-to-end solutions, mapping business requirements to scalable Oracle Fusion CX/CRM technical capabilities.
Redwood UI Migration: Act as a technical subject matter expert for transitioning legacy configurations (Classic UI) to the Oracle Redwood UI layout framework.
Integration Leadership: Lead the integration design of CRM and marketing automation platforms with third-party apps using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Project Governance: Direct Agile project work streams, configure release management protocols in tools like Azure DevOps, and manage data quality and campaign governance.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate high-level workshops with executive stakeholders to align tech strategy with business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Requires 12+ years of hands-on experience as a functional or technical consultant, including leading at least 2-3 full-lifecycle enterprise implementations of Oracle CX/CRM or marketing automation products (like Oracle Eloqua or Fusion Sales & Service).
Advanced Technical Skills: Mastery of Groovy scripting, Application/Page Composer, Visual Builder (VB Studio), and complex web services/API frameworks.
Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. Oracle Cloud CX Certified Implementation Specialist credentials are highly preferred.
