Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive knowledge across multiple Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise (70%) combined with good technical capabilities (30%).
The resource should be capable of handling end-to-end HCM implementation, configuration, business process analysis, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and production support across various Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.
Key Functional Responsibilities
The candidate should have strong hands-on functional experience across multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including:
Core HR: Workforce Structures, Enterprise Structures, Person Management, Employment Lifecycle, and Global HR.
Oracle Payroll: Payroll configuration, elements, balances, costing, payroll processing, and integrations.
Benefits: Benefits administration, plans, programs, eligibility, and enrollment.
Absence Management: Absence plans, accruals, eligibility, and leave management.
Compensation: Workforce Compensation, Salary Administration, and Compensation Plans.
Talent Management: Performance Management, Talent Review, Goal Management, and Career Development.
Recruiting: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), requisitions, candidate management, and hiring processes.
Learning Management: Oracle Learning Cloud, learning assignments, courses, and compliance training.
Time and Labor: Time card configuration, time rules, schedules, and payroll integration.
Workforce Management: Workforce structures, employee data management, and HR business processes.
Additional exposure to HCM Help Desk, Digital Assistant, Journeys, and HR Analytics is desirable.
Functional Expectations:
Lead requirements gathering, workshops, business process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.
Participate in end-to-end implementation and rollout activities.
Understand dependencies and integrations between HCM modules.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders.
Technical Responsibilities
The candidate should possess good technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including:
HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).
HCM Extracts and data migration.
BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
Fast Formulas development and troubleshooting.
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
HCM integrations and third-party application interfaces.
Troubleshooting technical issues, integration failures, and data discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and support.
Broad functional knowledge across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
Ability to work in both functional and technical workstreams.
Experience with end-to-end implementation, configuration, integrations, and production support.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical and functional teams.
