SAP CRM Functional Consultant

1. 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM functional consulting, including implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.

2. Strong expertise in SAP CRM Order Management, including order creation, service requests, returns, credit memo, and debit memo processes.

3. Extensive experience in SAP CRM and SAP SD integration, with a solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

4. Expertise in configuring and implementing complex pricing scenarios using SAP CRM standard pricing functionality.

5. Experience integrating SAP CRM with other systems such as SAP Gateway, SAP BW, SMTP, Salesforce (SFDC), APIGEE, Google Cloud Platform, and middleware platforms.

6. Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including IDocs, ALE, RFC, EDI, and interfaces with non-SAP applications.

7. Ability to create functional specifications, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT testing using tools such as ALM, Worksoft, ValGenesis, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.

8. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex functional and technical issues across integrated systems.

9. Working knowledge of ABAP debugging and syntax to collaborate effectively with technical teams and analyse application issues.

10. Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, and team collaboration skills, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
