JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Automation Architect with strong expertise in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, Security Engineering, and Vulnerability Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building automation frameworks, integrating automated testing and security controls into CI/CD pipelines, and improving application and infrastructure security.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Test Automation & Quality Engineering
Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and backend systems.
Develop automated test suites to improve regression coverage and release confidence.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Support release validation and production readiness for digital platforms.
Develop tools and utilities to improve test execution, reporting, and reliability.
Evaluate emerging automation and security tools and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Establish and contribute to engineering best practices, standards, and lightweight governance.
Promote knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
Security Engineering & Vulnerability Management
Identify, triage, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities across applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure.
Integrate security testing into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and container scanning.
Identify and resolve cloud misconfigurations and security risks.
Implement secure coding practices and shift-left security aligned with OWASP principles.
Support audit and compliance initiatives, including PCI-DSS and internal security reviews.
Implement and maintain secrets management, IAM, and least-privilege access controls.
Monitor applications, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines for vulnerabilities and security anomalies.
Drive patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering teams on incident response, debugging, and root cause analysis.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
15+ years of experience in security engineering, test automation, or related areas.
Hands-on experience building or maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Rest Assured.
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with security testing tools such as Snyk, Burp Suite, and OWASP ZAP.
Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of application security fundamentals and common vulnerabilities.
Strong understanding of OWASP principles and shift-left security practices.
Experience with vulnerability management, security remediation, and application security testing.
Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
