We are seeking a Senior Security Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade security automation that reduces manual effort, suppresses operational noise, and accelerates cyber defense outcomes.This role focuses on hands-on automation engineering across identity, endpoint, cloud, network, and data security domains. The successful candidate will build safe, auditable, and production-ready automation workflows that integrate across security platforms and enterprise systems.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 6+ years of experience in security engineering or security automation
- Strong experience building production-grade automation systems
- Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
- Solid understanding of:
- Security operations workflows
- Alert enrichment and suppression
- Containment and response patterns
- Experience working with APIs, services, and distributed systems
- Ability to design automation that is safe, explainable, and auditable
Preferred Qualifications- Experience integrating automation across IAM, endpoint, cloud, network, and data platforms
- Familiarity with workflow or orchestration platforms (e.g., ITSM, ticketing, or orchestration engines)
- Experience designing rollback, TTL, and staged enforcement models
- Exposure to AI-assisted workflows where automation consumes decision outputs
- Experience building dashboards or metrics for automation outcomes
What Success Looks Like- Delivery of production-ready automation that measurably reduces analyst workload
- Suppression of alert and ticket noise through effective automation patterns
- Reusable automation frameworks adopted across multiple security domains
- Automation actions that are trusted due to strong logging, safety controls, and transparency
- Recognition as a senior engineer who enables scalable, enterprise-safe automation
