Process Engineer I to join our team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, process optimization, and capital projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants hands-on experience, real ownership, and the chance to make a measurable impact from day one.
What You\'ll Do Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance
Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results
Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities
Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects
Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges
Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes

What We\'re Looking For- Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering
- 2-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
- Knowledge of engineering principles and continuous improvement concepts
- CAD or SolidWorks experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- A curious mindset and passion for making things better every day
