Integrations (AWS) Operate Lead

Join a leading drug and biotechnology client as an Integrations (AWS) Operate Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data flows and system connectivity in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. This hybrid role offers a blend of onsite collaboration and remote support, allowing you to lead stabilization and troubleshooting of critical AWS-based integrations that connect WME/Salesforce with external vendor systems. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our client’s integration operations, supporting groundbreaking work in healthcare innovation.

Please Note: This is a W2 Role
Duration: 6 + months
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid Ewing Township, NJ. 3 Days onsite

Required Skills:

Proven experience with AWS cloud services, including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and CloudWatch.
Strong troubleshooting skills for API and batch integrations, including validation, timeout, authentication, and encryption issues.
Experience with CloudWatch Logs Insights, PGP/encryption, and data quality rejects.
Ability to monitor, triage, and resolve incidents within SLA, escalating systemic issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for real-time coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotech systems.
Familiarity with SFTP, and REST API troubleshooting.
Knowledge of real-time API and scheduled batch/file-based integrations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Prior experience in a support or lead role for production systems is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience supporting cloud-based integrations, preferably in a production environment.
Prior experience working in a hybrid (onsite and remote) support model.
