Join a leading drug and biotechnology client as an Integrations (AWS) Operate Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data flows and system connectivity in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. This hybrid role offers a blend of onsite collaboration and remote support, allowing you to lead stabilization and troubleshooting of critical AWS-based integrations that connect WME/Salesforce with external vendor systems. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our client’s integration operations, supporting groundbreaking work in healthcare innovation.

Duration: 6 + months
Start Date: ASAP 
Location: Hybrid Ewing Township, NJ. 3 Days onsite

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with AWS cloud services, including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and CloudWatch.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for API and batch integrations, including validation, timeout, authentication, and encryption issues.
• Experience with CloudWatch Logs Insights, PGP/encryption, and data quality rejects.
• Ability to monitor, triage, and resolve incidents within SLA, escalating systemic issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for real-time coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotech systems.
• Familiarity with SFTP, and REST API troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of real-time API and scheduled batch/file-based integrations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Prior experience in a support or lead role for production systems is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting cloud-based integrations, preferably in a production environment.
• Prior experience working in a hybrid (onsite and remote) support model.
