Job Details
You'll connect firm priorities with day to day marketing execution partnering with advisors, guiding internal resources, and keeping communications clear, polished, and consistent. This role is about sound judgment, relationship-building, and operational leadership rather than deep technical channel expertise.
What You'll Do:
Turn leadership priorities into clear marketing plans.
Build workflows that reduce last-minute requests and keep projects moving.
Partner with advisors and compliance on messaging, materials, and client communications.
Maintain a consistent brand while allowing advisor teams to express their individual voice.
Elevate client events, presentations, and key interactions.
Guide the marketing coordinator and keep leadership informed on priorities, capacity, and progress
