  • Data Governance: Act as the marketing data steward to support data governance and operational transparency
  • Customer 360: Support the operationalization of Customer 360 on CDP and enable unified segmentation on unified profiles.
  • AI Implementation: Assist in operationalizing data models and AI by partnering with BI, Analytics, AdTech, and IT.
  • Operational Analysis: Perform quantitative operational analysis and modeling across the marketing landscape and support the execution of optimization programs leveraging AI.
  • Process Efficiency: Contribute to best practices for efficient and effective data operations.
  • Process Documentation: Document and support the implementation of scalable operational processes (SLAs, governance) that optimize workflow efficiency, productivity, and quality across digital operations.

  • Hands-on experience with key operations and orchestration platforms: LeanData, Demandbase, and Allocadia.
  • Technical proficiency in utilizing AI/ML, Generative AI, and predictive modeling for real-time data orchestration.
