Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and expand strategic business within Meta’s data center ecosystem. This role is focused on identifying new opportunities, developing executive and technical relationships, and driving adoption of advanced data center power solutions supporting hyperscale and AI infrastructure.

The ideal candidate combines strong hyperscale data center business development experience with knowledge of power infrastructure and the ability to work across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the business development strategy for Meta data center opportunities.
Build and expand relationships across Meta's engineering, infrastructure, sourcing, procurement, and business organizations.
Identify new programs and design opportunities involving data center power architecture and power electronics.
Drive new business from early technical engagement and qualification through commercial award and revenue.
Work with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer requirements and future data center architectures.
Develop account strategies, opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and revenue plans.
Coordinate technical presentations, product positioning, commercial proposals, and negotiations.
Track hyperscale data center trends, including AI/HPC infrastructure, high-density computing and evolving power requirements.
Develop long-term strategic relationships and identify opportunities to expand product penetration.

Required Qualifications

Strong business development or strategic account sales experience within the data center / hyperscale infrastructure market.
Demonstrated experience developing business with major hyperscale/cloud customers.
Experience selling power electronics, power conversion, power supplies, DC/DC solutions, power distribution, critical-power infrastructure, or closely related data center technologies.
Ability to engage both technical engineering stakeholders and senior commercial decision-makers.
Demonstrated new-business development and opportunity-creation experience.
Experience managing complex, long-cycle technical sales opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, account strategy, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to work onsite in Fremont, CA, five days per week.
