About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong background in DC/DC converters and power electronics who enjoys working directly with customers to solve complex technical challenges. You'll serve as the technical bridge between customers, engineering, product management, and sales teams, helping drive product adoption and customer design wins.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the technical expert for DC/DC converter applications and customer solutions.
2. Support customer design activities, integration efforts, and product evaluations.
3. Partner with sales, product management, and engineering teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
4. Work with OEM/ODM customers early in the design cycle to drive design-ins.
5. Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and system-level solutions.
6. Provide technical training and develop training materials for internal teams and partners.
7. Coordinate with global engineering and manufacturing teams to support project execution.
8. Assist with system validation, testing, and implementation activities.
9. Monitor industry trends and identify new application opportunities.
10. Proactively identify technical risks and communicate them to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

1. Strong experience with DC/DC converters and power electronics.
2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in a Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Applications Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
4. Knowledge of data center hardware and power systems.
5. Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Mandarin language proficiency.
2. Experience supporting OEM/ODM customers.
3. Strong presentation and technical communication skills.
4. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
6. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
