Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in Information Technology, and/or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 10 years experience in implementing IT projects using PMI based Project Management methodology, with projects in both custom developed and off the shelf solutions.
Experience managing SAP or SAP adjacent projects.
Experience with HSE applications or SAP Concur would be an advantage.
Experience with custom development environments and projects using Agile methodology.
Referenceable interpersonal and communication skills; an enthusiastic motivator who brings a team together for a common goal and helps to resolve roadblocks. Comfortable and effective at communication whether verbal or written, in person or remote.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong business and Information Technology acumen.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight timelines.
Experience in an Engineering organization, particularly Engineer to Order manufacturing organization would be a significant asset.
Extensive knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
Must be legally entitled to work in US.
Willing to occasionally work off hours to accommodate team members in other time zones.
