Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Spring, TX.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic UX/UI and mobile-first digital transformation initiative supporting a client organization. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across UX/UI design, content strategy, front-end development, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving delivery across approximately 50 mobile-first landing pages and associated design system assets while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Success in this role requires an exceptional ability to translate complex digital initiatives into actionable plans, lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and provide executive-level visibility into project health, progress, risks, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Leadership:
* Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, workstreams, dependencies, and milestone tracking
* Lead project kickoff activities and establish governance, communication, and reporting processes
* Drive execution across UX/UI design, content strategy, front-end development, and mobile optimization workstreams
* Ensure alignment between business objectives, user experience goals, and project deliverables
* Identify project risks, blockers, and mitigation plans while proactively escalating issues when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading complex digital, UX/UI, web, or marketing transformation initiatives
* Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery environments
* Demonstrated experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reporting
* Experience managing project risks, dependencies, budgets, scope, and resource planning
* Strong understanding of: UX/UI design processes; Content strategy; Digital product delivery; Mobile-first experience design; Web development projects; Data analytics and reporting
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
* Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
* Experience supporting enterprise marketing organizations or digital transformation initiatives
* Experience partnering with UX researchers, designers, content strategists, and analytics teams
* Experience building executive reporting frameworks and operational dashboards
* Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, content management systems, and customer engagement platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
