Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Irving, TX.

Duties:
* Senior Project Manager will lead and manage complex business and technology initiatives from planning through implementation and post-launch support
* Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and programs
* Facilitate prioritization of work, manage project intake, and align efforts with business objectives
* Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
* Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies, including planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
* As a Senior Project Manager, you will ensure operational readiness, testing, documentation, and successful implementation of solutions
* Track project performance, resource utilization, vendor activities, and budget adherence
* Foster collaboration among business, technical, and operational teams to achieve project goals

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred
* 7+ years of project or program management experience leading complex initiatives
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects
* Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships
* Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting technology, business process improvement, digital transformation, or operational initiatives
* Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes
* Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
