job summary:
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to direct key enterprise initiatives across IT Operations, End-User Computing, and Service Desk modernization. You will lead cross-functional teams and external implementation partners to deliver high-visibility workflow enhancements, asset lifecycle overhauls, and infrastructure expansion projects.

responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end planning, risk tracking, and delivery of IT Operations and digital workplace initiatives to production.
- Drive cross-functional ServiceNow projects optimizing onboarding, associate changes, and asset lifecycle management.
- Facilitate collaboration across EUC, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams.
- Manage vendor alignment, RAID logs, and regular executive-level status reporting.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of enterprise technology Project Management experience.
Active PMP Certification.
Hands-on proficiency in SAFe Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow and vendor delivery management.
Local to the Framingham/Marlborough, MA area with flexibility for occasional onsite meetings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with Service Desk automation and conversational AI technologies.
Proven track record leading digital workplace and Tech Bar service enhancements.
