Role Summary
Provide operational and documentation support for the Disaster Recovery (DR) Program, including recovery plan development, test coordination, compliance tracking/reporting, and administration of ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) records.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, runbooks, and test plans
Maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories
Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection
Track remediation actions, risks, and compliance metrics
Support audit evidence preparation and reporting
Perform CMDB validation and data quality analysis

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in IT, business continuity, disaster recovery, and/or IT governance
Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills
Firm understanding of DR principles (required)
Familiarity with DR concepts across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments

Preferred Skills / Tools
