Position: Disaster Recovery IT Consultant I
Location: This role is fully remote, but candidates must be near one of the offices Providence RI, Allentown PA, or BOC in KY.

Job Description: Purpose: - Provide operational and documentation support for the Disaster Recovery Program through recovery plan development, testing coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and ServiceNow BCM administration.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain DR Plans, Runbooks, and Test Plans.
- Update and maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories.
- Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection activities.
- Track remediation actions, risks, and compliance metrics.
- Assist with audit evidence preparation and reporting.
- Perform CMDB validation and data quality analysis.
Qualifications: - 2 to 5 years of IT, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Governance experience.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 preferred.
- Familiarity with DR concepts, infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.

Pay Range: $55- $60/hr. W2
