Duration: 12+ Months
Healthcare experience must. 6-8+ years of experience needed.

- 6 + Years of Exp in RESTful APIs and
- 6+ Years of exp in microservices.

Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in healthcare applications and enterprise software development.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that support healthcare business processes, data integration, analytics, and cloud-based applications. The candidate should possess strong programming skills and experience working in agile development environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices for healthcare platforms.
- Develop data processing and integration solutions using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS for application deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards, data privacy, and security regulations.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
- Strong SQL and database design skills.
- Experience in API development and integration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Claims, Provider, Member, or Clinical systems. Knowledge of Healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, or EDI transactions.
- Experience with data analytics, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
