Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Senior Informatica Developer/Data Integration Engineer with experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data integration solutions. Experience working with healthcare/hospital management data and systems is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support ETL/data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS/IDMC.
• Develop complex mappings, transformations, workflows, taskflows, and integration processes.
• Integrate data from databases, APIs, files, enterprise applications, and healthcare/hospital systems.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and troubleshoot ETL/data performance issues.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and data-quality checks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work closely with business, healthcare, data, and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
• Support data security, governance, lineage, and protection of sensitive healthcare information.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ETL/Data Integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS/IDMC.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Strong experience with mappings, transformations, workflows, ETL/ELT, data quality, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating multiple enterprise applications and data sources.
• Experience with APIs/web services, files, and database integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or hospital management systems.
• Experience with clinical, patient, provider, claims, billing, financial, supply-chain, procurement, or operational healthcare data.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP is a strong plus.
• Experience integrating Informatica with Palantir or other modern cloud/data platforms is desirable.
• Exposure to Palantir Ontology, AIP/GenAI, RAG, or enterprise AI applications is a plus.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to HL7/FHIR/EDI and understanding of HIPAA/PHI is beneficial.
