Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream.
Work as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders, architects, and project teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable CCM solutions and document designs.
Lead offshore development and support teams.
Review solution designs, templates, scripts, code, and deployment packages.
Conduct architecture reviews, technical discussions, estimations, and solution planning.
Support the complete SDLC from requirements through production.
Perform impact analysis, RCA, defect resolution, and production support.
Provide technical guidance on templates, business rules, data mapping, and performance optimization.
Coordinate releases and deployments across environments.
