Job Description

We are looking for experienced Data Infrastructure Support Engineers to support and maintain enterprise data infrastructure and related platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting data environments, monitoring production systems, resolving incidents, and supporting data pipelines and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and support enterprise data infrastructure and production data environments.
Troubleshoot data platform, pipeline, database, and infrastructure issues.
Perform incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Monitor system performance, availability, and data-processing jobs.
Work with data engineering, database, cloud, and application teams to resolve issues.
Support scheduled jobs, data pipelines, batch processes, and production releases.
Maintain operational documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
Participate in production support and on-call activities as required.

Required Skills:

Data infrastructure / production support experience.
Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
Experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
Knowledge of cloud/data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident-management tools.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
