Position: WMOS Infrastructure Support Consultant (Remote – US)

Location: Remote (US-based; West Coast candidates ideal or should work 12 - 8 PM EST)

About the Role

We're looking for a WMOS Infrastructure Support Consultant with hands-on Manhattan WMOS/WMS production support and system administration experience. You'll work across application servers, Linux/Unix, logs, SQL, cron jobs, integrations, and deployments — partnering with WMS Operations, DCS, Infrastructure, and Manhattan support teams to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Perform WMS application restarts after DCS configuration changes and maintenance
• Deploy Jasper reports, label files, and configuration artifacts across WMS nodes
• Perform SDN updates; create ADC alerts via Manhattan Management Console
• Manage SCI report schedules via the IBM Cognos SCI portal
• Enable diagnostic logging via CLI; gather logs and submit cases via Manhattan THRU portal
• Monitor nodes for stuck processes (PkCancelS, PkShipWaveS, PkInvoiceS) and resolve or escalate
• Analyze application logs to troubleshoot UI failures, transaction errors, and performance issues
• Set up Manhattan Billing connections between WMS and billing servers
• Configure cron jobs and scheduled processes (task release, batch jobs, Inv605, invoicing)
• Configure and test MHE endpoints: setup, DIF logging, failover testing, and load balancer config
• Troubleshoot PIX transactions, Inv605 failures, and validate PIX Schedule Export
• Troubleshoot MIP, MDA, and WM application loading errors during builds/deployments
• Investigate wave/allocation failures — identify root cause via logs, run SQL to pinpoint affected orders/items, and hand off to DCS for data fixes
• Automate routine environment tasks: verification & validation scripting, automated restarts, etc.

What You Bring

• 7+ years in application/infrastructure support or production support
• Hands-on Manhattan WMOS/WMS experience in a production environment
• Strong Linux/Unix CLI, shell scripting, process monitoring, and log analysis
• Strong SQL for troubleshooting and data investigation
• Experience with cron/batch jobs, deployments, configuration changes, and environment support
• Familiarity with WMS integrations, interfaces, and warehouse transactions
• Solid incident management and communication skills
