Summary

12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, QA/Data Testing, or related roles with strong hands-on SQL expertise.
Analyze business requirements and translate functional requirements into SQL queries for data retrieval, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
Develop complex SQL queries using joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, window functions, and data transformation techniques.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify data needs, and translate business logic into clear technical/data specifications.
Perform data validation and analysis to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across enterprise systems.
Create and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, data mapping, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements, with a strong focus on data and SQL validation.
Utilize QTest for test case management, test execution, defect tracking, and testing documentation.
Use Jira to manage requirements, user stories, tasks, defects, sprint activities, and Agile delivery processes.
Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Data teams to investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver accurate data-driven solutions.
Participate in UAT, functional testing, regression testing, data validation, and defect resolution, ensuring requirements are successfully delivered.
Communicate SQL analysis, data findings, defects, and business impacts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
