Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Communication Specialist to support executive leadership operations. This role is critical in driving high-impact leadership meetings, synthesizing business insights, and developing executive-ready communications that enable informed decision-making across a large, complex organization.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end curation of content for recurring leadership, stakeholder, and organizational meetings
Gather and synthesize organizational health data, success metrics, business performance, and strategic priorities into concise executive-ready insights
Develop clear, compelling messaging for leadership meetings, organizational updates, announcements, and business reviews
Connect information across teams and functions to provide leaders with a holistic view of priorities, dependencies, risks, and opportunities
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to proactively identify topics and validate messaging
Anticipate emerging topics, business risks, and organizational trends for leadership forums
Create high-quality presentations, executive summaries, talking points, dashboards, and reports
Support executive meetings including VP/SVP/EVP Leadership Meetings, All Hands, Roundtables, MBRs, QBRs, Leadership Offsites, and Workshops

Required Skills

Executive communications and content development
Experience supporting VP/SVP/EVP-level leadership meetings and events
Strong ability to synthesize complex business data into clear narratives
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
High-quality presentation and document creation
Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate leadership needs

Preferred Skills

Background in Commerce Operations or large enterprise environments
Experience with business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and organizational offsites
