OneStream Consultant / Specialist (Houston, TX - 4 Days Onsite, In-Person Interview)
We are seeking an experienced OneStream Consultant/Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX for a role requiring 4 days per week onsite attendance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OneStream development, administration, and SAP integration, along with a solid understanding of financial processes and reporting. The position requires close collaboration with Finance, SAP, Infrastructure, and third-party vendor teams to deliver and support enterprise finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
<>Technical Execution & Application Support
- Configure and maintain OneStream workflows, application settings, and business rules.
- Develop and support Data Management processes, Data Quality rules, Transformation rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, and XF Business Rules.
- Manage and support integrations between OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, data warehouses, flat files, REST APIs, and OData services.
- Troubleshoot system performance, data integrity, and application issues while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.
- Administer user security roles and access controls within the OneStream platform.
<>Project Delivery & Collaboration
- Participate in business and technical workshops to gather requirements and translate them into effective OneStream solutions.
- Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and production releases.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, SAP, Infrastructure, and third-party vendor teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide post-go-live support and stabilization for deployed solutions.

Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience working with EPM/CPM platforms.
- 2+ years of hands-on OneStream implementation and support experience.
- Proven experience integrating OneStream with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
