Key Responsibilities:
BY WMS Configuration & Customization
Design and configure Blue Yonder WMS modules to meet complex warehouse business requirements; 5+ years hands-on with at least 1 full cycle BY WMS implementations.
MOCA Architecture:
Deep understanding of Messaging, Object, Command Architecture in the command layer underpinning BY WMS logic, scripting, and customization.
Integration: APIs, EDI & Middleware:
Experience with SOAP/REST web services to connect WMS with ERP, TMS, and other systems; middleware tools including Boomi and Azure
SQL & RDBMS:
2+ years proficient SQL across Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and performance tuning.
ERP / TMS Connectivity:
Maintain integrations between BY WMS and ERP/TMS platforms using established web service and API-based patterns. Experience with ProShip, Label master, or equivalent parcel shipment software.
Code & Log Analysis:
Analyze application code, WMS configuration, data, and system logs to root-cause errors and drive resolution and optimization.
Functional Specifications & Test Planning:
Author functional design documents, technical specs, and test scenarios; identify and close design gaps across workstreams.
WMS Deployment Support:
Support deploying software deliveries from Blue Yonder/JDA associates; Creating rollout scripts; manage changes across development, QA, and production environments.
