Role 1.) Google Cloud Platform, Testing, Release Management

Role summary
Lead engineering governance for a regulated, enterprise-scale Google Cloud Platform rollout. Own the release management operating model, testing/quality gates, and evidence discipline to ensure platform and onboarding changes deploy safely, predictably, and audit-ready.
Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end release governance for Google Cloud Platform platform and onboarding changes (release calendar, change approvals, go/no-go, rollback criteria, hypercare).
Define and enforce quality gates for IaC and platform changes (test strategy, regression coverage, environment promotion rules, peer review standards).
Run release readiness and post-release validation (cutover checklists, smoke tests, monitoring verification, incident triage during release windows).
Establish standards for release documentation and evidence capture (change records, test results, approvals, deployment traceability) aligned to control requirements.
Coordinate dependencies across IAM, networking, security/compliance, platform engineering, and application teams; drive timely decisioning and escalation.
Identify recurring release defects and process gaps; lead continuous improvement (root cause, corrective actions, automation of checks).
Define operational handoffs (runbooks, support model, SLAs, knowledge base) and ensure teams are production-ready.

Role 2.) Google Cloud Platform IAM Lead / Manager (VP)

Role summary: Own IAM design patterns and delivery for onboarding waves; lead engineers and drive secure-by-default identity at scale.
Key responsibilities
Define IAM reference architectures (RBAC model, service account strategy, privileged access patterns).
Establish Terraform standards for IAM (module patterns, safe binding strategies, drift controls).
Lead design reviews, approve exceptions, and partner with security/compliance on control requirements.
Manage delivery across multiple onboarding efforts (prioritization, timelines, dependency management).
Define operational model: runbooks, access recertification inputs, metrics, and incident response playbooks.
Required qualifications
Deep Google Cloud Platform IAM leadership experience in enterprise environments.
Proven experience leading multi-team delivery and governing standards/exceptions.
Strong Terraform/IaC governance and security-by-design mindset.
Success measures
Repeatable IAM onboarding patterns adopted broadly; reduced onboarding cycle time; clean audit outcomes.

Role 3.) Google Cloud Platform Platform Engineering Lead (VP)
Google Cloud Platform, Python, Terraform, Security

Location - Jersey City or Delaware

Role summary: Build and run the internal platform capabilities (automation, golden paths, guardrails) that enable secure, scalable application onboarding on Google Cloud Platform.
Key responsibilities
Lead platform engineering delivery for onboarding automation (Terraform modules, pipelines, validations).
Define engineering standards (module quality, state strategy, PR controls, drift management).
Embed security-by-default guardrails and partner on compliance evidence automation.
Operate the platform: reliability, incident response, SLOs/SLAs, continuous improvement.
Required qualifications
Deep hands-on Google Cloud Platform + Terraform at scale; strong Python automation experience.
Experience leading platform teams and operating production-grade internal platforms.

Role 4.) Google Cloud Platform, Python, Terraform, Security

Role Summary: Embed security and compliance guardrails into the Google Cloud Platform rollout to ensure onboarding is secure by default and audit-ready.
Key responsibilities:
Translate control requirements into technical guardrails (Org Policies, baselines)
Define encryption/key management patterns and secrets handling expectations
Set logging/monitoring requirements and evidence retention standards
Drive exception handling, risk acceptance workflow inputs, and remediation tracking
Mandatory skills/experience:
Cloud security fundamentals; control mapping/evidence discipline
Google Cloud Platform guardrails concepts (policy constraints, IAM hardening, logging requirements)

Role 5.) Google Cloud Platform, Python, Terraform, Network

Role summary: Design and deliver secure, scalable networking for onboarded applications, including segmentation and hybrid connectivity patterns.
Key responsibilities:
Build/operate VPC/Shared VPC, subnets, routes, firewall policies, DNS patterns
Define ingress/egress architecture, NAT, load balancing patterns, private access
Support hybrid connectivity concepts (VPN/Interconnect), routing, and troubleshooting
Deliver network changes safely via Terraform modules and staged rollouts
Mandatory skills/experience:
Google Cloud Platform networking fundamentals + secure segmentation/egress control patterns
Terraform-based network provisioning; change safety/blast-radius management
Troubleshooting using logs/flow data and systematic triage
Nice-to-have: Centralized firewall governance; service perimeter concepts; WAF patterns
Success measures: High connectivity reliability, low security exceptions, quick incident resolution.
