Google Cloud Platform Architect

Introduction:

As a Google Cloud Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of cloud-based applications and services. Your expertise in Google Cloud Platform technologies such as Cloud Run, Eventarc, Pub/Sub, and Apigee will be crucial in driving innovation and efficiency within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices for utilizing Google Cloud Platform services.
• Implement and manage Pub/Sub messaging systems for efficient data processing and communication.
• Create and maintain event-driven architectures using Eventarc to enable real-time data processing and analysis.
• Configure and optimize Cloud Run for running stateless containers in a serverless environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Apigee API management platform for secure and controlled access to APIs.
• Ensure compliance with OAuth2.0 standards for secure authentication and authorization processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Google Cloud Platform environments to ensure high availability and performance of cloud services.
• Stay up to date with the latest Google Cloud Platform developments and recommend new technologies and practices to improve cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform cloud services and architecture.
• Experience working with Apigee for API management.
• Familiarity with Pub/Sub messaging systems for data processing.
• Knowledge of Eventarc for building event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Run for deploying and managing containers.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding technical teams and projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with OAuth2.0 for secure authentication and authorization.
• Understanding of API design and development principles.
• Certifications in Google Cloud Platform or related cloud technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in interdisciplinary teams.
