Qualifications:
• Lead the SAP Order-to-Cash strategy, solution design, and transformation roadmap across a complex enterprise SAP landscape.
• Provide deep hands-on SAP OTC expertise across sales orders, pricing, availability, delivery, shipping, billing, invoicing, and related processes.
• Own the ECC-to-S/4HANA OTC transformation journey, defining target-state processes, architecture, migration approach, and implementation priorities.
• Lead integration of OTC with EWM, FICO, SAP IBP, SuccessFactors, and external enterprise platforms to enable seamless end-to-end business processes.
• Conduct business and IT workshops to define requirements, process improvements, solution architecture, and S/4HANA target-state design.
• Drive enterprise-scale OTC implementation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live, leveraging proven hands-on experience.
• Lead and mentor SAP functional and technical teams, ensuring solution quality, delivery governance, documentation, and adherence to SAP standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IBM teams, and system integrators to manage roadmaps, dependencies, risks, milestones, and transformation outcomes.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for OTC architecture, integration, process, and critical design decisions throughout the S/4HANA migration.
• Drive continuous improvement, process harmonization, automation, and adoption while ensuring the SAP OTC solution supports global business growth.
Proven SAP OTC architecture leadership with stakeholder management, cross-functional team leadership, and enterprise-scale transformation experience.
Experience leading end-to-end SAP OTC implementations, including configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
Strong integration expertise across SAP EWM, FICO, SAP IBP, SuccessFactors, and external enterprise systems.
Proven experience leading SAP ECC to S/4HANA OTC transformation, including solution architecture, migration strategy, and target-state design.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash), including sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and invoicing.
