Job Summary:
We are looking for an SAP EDI/OTC + CPI Consultant with experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, EDI integrations, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on SAP OTC processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, and order processing.
- Configure and support EDI integrations with customers and vendors.
- Handle EDI IDocs, such as ORDERS, INVOIC, DESADV, and ORDRSP.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IDocs and EDI interface errors.
- Develop and maintain integrations using SAP CPI.
- Work with integration protocols such as AS2, SFTP, and HTTPS.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Support testing, deployment, and production incidents
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP SD and OTC processes.
- Experience with EDI and SAP IDocs.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI integration flows (iFlows).
- Understanding of message mapping and interface monitoring.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
