SAP RTR LEAD CONSULTANT

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Finance and Controlling specialist to drive finance transformation initiatives, optimize financial processes, and deliver integrated SAP solutions. The ideal professional will have a strong background in RTR operations, advanced product costing, and SAP S/4HANA, along with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technology solutions.

What You Will Bring to the Role

1. SAP Finance & Controlling Expertise

• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP solutions across financial accounting and management accounting.

• Strong functional understanding of financial close, general accounting, vendor and customer accounting, fixed assets, liquidity management, cost and profit center structures, and internal order management.

• Expertise in profitability reporting, Margin Analysis, and financial performance management within SAP environments.

2. Product Costing & Cross-Functional Integration

• Ability to evaluate and optimize product cost structures, cost flows, and financial valuation processes across the enterprise.

• Practical knowledge of Material Ledger and its role in actual costing, inventory valuation, and financial reconciliation.

• Understanding of how finance processes interact with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and sales operations, particularly SAP PP, MM, and OTC.

3. Business Analysis & Reporting Solutions

• Ability to assess existing finance processes, uncover operational inefficiencies, and translate business challenges into actionable SAP solution designs.

• Experience defining financial reporting specifications, validating data requirements, and collaborating with reporting teams to deliver meaningful business insights.

• Familiarity with SAP BW/BI and alternative enterprise reporting technologies for financial and operational analytics.

4. SAP S/4HANA & Central Finance

• Mandatory SAP S/4HANA certification.

• Working knowledge of SAP Activate and its application to Central Finance project planning and implementation.

• Ability to contribute to solution planning, implementation activities, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.

5. Solution Leadership & Client Engagement

• Confidence in leading finance solution discussions, facilitating requirements workshops, and presenting recommendations to senior business and technology stakeholders.

• Strong judgment and analytical capabilities when evaluating alternative solutions and resolving complex functional issues.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business teams.
