Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OCM Lead with strong SAP S/4HANA transformation experience to drive organizational change initiatives and ensure successful adoption of enterprise-wide SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute OCM strategies and change management plans for SAP S/4HANA implementations.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments.

  • Lead communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.

  • Collaborate with SAP functional teams, business leaders, and project stakeholders.

  • Identify change-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor adoption progress and ensure a smooth transition to new business processes and systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 13–17 years of overall professional experience.

  • Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, communication, and training strategies.

  • Experience managing organizational readiness and business process transitions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate: An experienced OCM professional who can lead people, process, and adoption initiatives for complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
