Summary

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an SAP FICO Consultant.

Position Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 4+ Months
Location: Hybrid in Jersey City, NJ

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA etc.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions with business stakeholders.
Manage client communications, expectations, and project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams.
Support testing activities, UAT, defect resolution, training, and post-go-live support.
Provide process improvement recommendations and best practices for financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have: 10+ years in SAP FICO Modules and experience working for CPG or Food industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of SAP FICO Functional Consulting experience.
Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration and support.
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proven experience managing business expectations and delivering consulting engagements.
Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and deployment activities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
Experience in CPG, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Food Manufacturing industries.
Experience leading workshops and interacting with executive stakeholders.
SAP Finance/FICO certification preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
