The following requirement is open with our client . 

Title                                       : SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location                               : Nashville, TN / Temporarily Remote

Duration                              : 12 Months

Relevant Experience      : 7+

Job Responsibilities:       

·         PLEASE NOTE: This position is TEMPORARILY remote. Candidate will be required to work 100% onsite in 3-6 months

·         Responsibilities

·         Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR processes.

·         Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.

·          Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve system functionality and user experience.

·         Perform impact analysis and recommend solution designs.

·         Manage system integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.

·         Support data migration, validation, and reporting activities.

·         Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

·         Coordinate testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

·         Support release management, upgrades, and quarterly SuccessFactors releases.

·         Create functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.

·         Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and organizational policies.

·         Provide end-user support and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
