Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join a high-impact project team supporting critical business and finance processes. This role requires a seasoned SAP professional with deep functional expertise and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on consultant who can operate independently, quickly understand business requirements, and drive results without extensive oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Work directly with finance, accounting, procurement, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
• Configure, test, troubleshoot, and support SAP FICO processes and integrations.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that align with SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between finance and operational processes.
• Support project delivery, enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Prior experience with a recognized consulting organization or professional services environment is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on functional expertise across:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Order-to-Cash (OTC)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Demonstrated experience working in all three functional areas is required.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive-level users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• East Coast U.S. location preferred.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise SAP environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering solutions in client-facing consulting roles.
• Ability to quickly ramp up and contribute immediately.
