Sr. Program Manager with strong Wealth Management Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with extensive knowledge of Wealth Management platforms to lead and oversee our wealth management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management processes and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of wealth management programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful program delivery.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in wealth management to inform program strategies.
Mandatory Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Wealth Management processes and platforms.
- Proven experience in program management, with a focus on wealth management initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance related to wealth management.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in program management, specifically within the wealth management sector.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
