Job Role: Senior Program Manager – IBM Maximo MAS / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic IBM Maximo MAS (Enterprise Asset Management) initiatives within a large-scale infrastructure environment. This role will drive the successful delivery of asset management programs while collaborating with business, technology, operations, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Maximo MAS implementation and enhancement projects.
• Work closely with Infrastructure Management, Capital Delivery, Architecture, and Operations teams to ensure project alignment and feasibility.
• Apply expertise in asset lifecycle management, capacity planning, and infrastructure operations.
• Manage project governance, stakeholder communications, risk management, reporting, and executive-level updates.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, process documentation, and decision-making activities.
• Support data-driven decision-making through dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of Project Management experience within infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries.
• Proven experience delivering IBM Maximo MAS or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.
• Experience working within structured project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, Stage-Gate).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Maximo MAS modules including Manage, Health, Transportation, Civil, and Mobile.
• Experience integrating Maximo with ERP, GIS, SCADA, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience supporting rail infrastructure or other linear asset environments.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering, condition-based maintenance, and performance analytics.
• Certifications such as PMP, IBM Maximo Certification, IAM, or ISO 55000.
