Note: We need candidate who can work onsite from Day 1 (onsite Hybrid) 

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with extensive knowledge of Wealth Management platforms to lead and oversee our wealth management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management processes and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of wealth management programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
  • Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in wealth management to inform program strategies.

Mandatory Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Wealth Management processes and platforms.
  • Proven experience in program management, with a focus on wealth management initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance related to wealth management.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in program management, specifically within the wealth management sector.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
