Hiring: CRM Segmentation Analyst | Orlando, FL
Location: Orlando, FL Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)
We re looking for a CRM Segmentation / Marketing Data Analyst to support targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer audience development.
Key Skills:
4+ years of CRM / Marketing Segmentation / Audience Analytics
Strong SQL and experience querying large transactional/customer databases
Power BI or Tableau dashboard and reporting experience
Experience with campaign orchestration / CDP technologies
Simon CDP experience highly preferred
Experience supporting Email, SMS, Push, Digital Ads, Direct Mail, Social Media, or Call Center campaigns
Data mining, profiling, segmentation & campaign analytics
Data QA, validation, and strong attention to detail
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Build and deliver targeted audience files for multi-channel campaigns
Create customer segments using SQL and CDP technologies
Perform QA testing on segments, campaign flows, and output files
Develop Power BI dashboards and operational reports
Analyze customer/campaign data and provide actionable insights
Manage campaign calendars, deadlines, file delivery, and secure data transfers
Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time
