Core Banking

Summary

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that integrate CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega) with the enterprise data warehouse.
Develop and maintain Customer 360 views by consolidating data from core banking systems, CRM, and other source systems.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL/ELT workflows to support reporting, analytics, and campaign management.
Support dimensional data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, Slowly Changing Dimensions) for customer, product, and relationship data.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance standards are met, particularly for PII and regulated customer data.
Collaborate with business teams (marketing, relationship managers, compliance, risk) to translate requirements into data solutions.
Support regulatory and compliance reporting needs (e.g., KYC/AML, BASEL, CCAR, GDPR/data privacy).
Troubleshoot data discrepancies between CRM and EDW systems and drive root-cause resolution.
Contribute to data stewardship and master data management (MDM) initiatives for customer/party data.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience

Demonstrated hands-on experience working at the intersection of CRM systems and EDW/data warehouse platforms.
Banking experience mandatory

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, query performance tuning).
Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, dbt).
Experience with enterprise data warehouse platforms (e.g., Teradata, Snowflake, Oracle Exadata, Redshift).
Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega, or similar).
Understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schema, SCDs).

Soft Skills

Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into technical/data solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with core banking systems (Temenos, FIS, Finacle, or similar).
Exposure to campaign management or marketing analytics driven by CRM-EDW integration.
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and modern data stack tools.
