About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Java Front-End Developer with strong expertise in Next.js and React.js to build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications integrated with Java-based backend services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in frontend development, API integration, enterprise applications, and modern web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and React.js.
Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries.
Implement SSR, SSG, ISR, and Next.js App Router features.
Optimize application performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
Integrate frontend applications with Java / Spring Boot services and REST APIs.
Collaborate with backend developers, architects, product managers, and UX designers.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Develop and maintain automated tests and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
10+ years of front-end or full-stack development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Next.js and React.js experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Next.js App Router, SSR, SSG, ISR, and API Routes.
Experience with Java Spring Boot integration and REST APIs.
Knowledge of Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand.
Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, or Ant Design.
Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Java Spring Boot microservices.
Understanding of web security and performance optimization.
Experience with SaaS, multi-tenant, or B2B enterprise applications.
Knowledge of GraphQL, PWAs, SEO, and WCAG accessibility standards.
Familiarity with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and observability tools.
Exposure to AI-enabled web applications and modern frontend architectures.
