Key Skills and Experience Required

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced senior Program Manager to lead and manage IT infrastructure, Governance, Risks, and compliance related projects across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will oversee any of the M&A, infrastructure and/or GRC transformation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence while leveraging the ServiceNow platform for Compliance, IRM (Risk Management), IT Service Management (ITSM), Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Sub-Portfolio stakeholders - Review demands, projects related initiatives within that domain and provide sub-portfolio health status, risks on a regular cadence with the respective owners Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A, infrastructure, governance, risks and/or product transformations, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
Coordinate infrastructure changes through CAB meetings and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.
Develop project schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
Monitor project KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Support infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud migration, automation, disaster recovery, and platform upgrades.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project updates to senior leadership.
Manage projects involving servers, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, virtualization, databases, endpoint management, and data center technologies.
Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Application, Cloud, and Business teams to define project requirements and execution plans.
Drive end to end project governance through status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive communications.
Utilize ServiceNow for project tracking, ITSM processes, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, CMDB, and Asset Management.
Skills
Required Qualifications
12+ years of IT Project Management experience with a focus on Infrastructure Operations, M&A, GRC (preferred but not limited to)
3+ years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow-based initiatives
PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile, or any related project management certifcations is a plus
15 years of project management, program management or IT management, including financial and schedule performance reporting
5+ years of experience managing cross-functional and end-to-end IT
5+ business processes
Experience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance
5+ years of experience in required technology Master level proficiency
5+ in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project
5+ Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project
5+ management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and
5+ written)
Education
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile, or any related project management certifications is a plus
